3D design

Program of three-dimensional design PDMS as а method of working  of experts of Design Engineering Department.

Since 2007 the main method of implementation of project works is the method of 3-dimensional design in LENNIICHIMMASH Group. For creation of objects models the program PDMS (AVEVA) complex is used. The program PDMS allows to carry out modeling of as much as big objects because all information on model is stored in a special way organized databases.

All elements of pipelines, of metalware, designs of buildings, systems of ventilation, cables, devices of fixture, support, fittings, instrumentation and automated control systems devices, etc. used at design engineering are originally created in the PDMS catalog on the basis of the relevant normative documents (state standard specifications, TU, etc.) or on the basis of working documentation of manufacturers, and then can be repeatedly used in various projects.

This technology of design engineering allows:

- To reduce design terms for the account:

  • Simultaneous work on a model of experts of different specialties;
  • Performance of coordination of design solutions of various specialties directly in the course of model development;
  • Generation of output documentation directly from the developed model (plans, types, cuts, custom-made specifications, isometric drawings).

- To increase quality of the carried-out projects for the account:

  • Uses when modeling by all experts of the uniform element base allowed for application in this project (PDMS catalog);
  • Automatic check of model on possible collisions and elimination of these collisions at early stages of development of model;
  • Obtaining output documentation directly from model free from collisions after check of this model on correctness of construction and compliance to norms and rules of industrial safety.

Now it is carried out in 3-dimensional model:

  • Configuration of the equipment;
  • Distributing of pipelines, installation of fittings and devices of instrumentation and automated control systems;
  • Development of ferroconcrete and metal designs;
  • Development of buildings and constructions;
  • Cable routes laying; 
  • Laying of heating and ventilation systems;
  • Development of water supply and water disposal systems.
