Name of the project: "Reconstruction of “NTKR”. Construction of the second line for associated oil gas processing ";
 
Types of the performed works: implementation of the General designer  function, development of project and working documentation, obtaining the positive conclusion of FAU "Glavgosekspertiza of Russia", complex supply of equipment, architectural supervision of construction, chief supervision of installation and commissioning with approaching  of  installation to technological parameters;
 
Output: oil gas – 1 bln. m3/year, WLHF – 600 million tons/year;

Term of implementation of the project: 2012-2014 (20 months);
 
Output of the second “NTKR” line:
  • on  compressing of the oil gas coming to all production with nominal expense 900 mln.st.m3/year;
  • on the oil gas coming to the projected production with nominal  expense of 900 million with t.m3/year;
  • on WLHF coming in addition to the “NTKR” , nominal. expense of 512 th. tons/year;
 
Efficiency range of a oil gas compressor of 50-115% of a nominal expense.
Efficiency range of “NTKR” and GFU on oil gas of 50-115% of a nominal expense.
Efficiency range of “NTKR” and GFU on WLHF of 50-115% of a nominal expense.

  • Unit of collecting and pumping of condensate — 3 pcs.
  • Deaerator — 2 pcs.
  • Furnace of fire heating (vertical cylindrical) — 1 pcs.
  • Odorization block — 1 pcs.
  • Flare facility unit with two lowering trunks — 1 pcs.
  • Nitrogen air station — 1 pcs.
  • Chemical preparation unit — 1 pcs.
  • Electrotechnical equipment (distributive area RP-6kv)
  • Lifting-and-conveying  equipment — 23 pcs.
  • Equipment of automatic fire extinguishing, fire alarm system, communication systems,       system of protection – systems on all plant.

  • Industrial control system (workplaces of operators (automated workplaces), servers, printers, fiber-optic connection, etc. (on the basis of the equipment of Iokogava  electric)

  • Locking regulating fittings (manual locking, locking driving, regulating, safety valves, backpressure valves) — 5017 pcs.
  • Capital expenditure on the project: 10,4 bln. rubles with the VAT.
