Work description:

Facilities of the Gas Processing Complex included in the battery limits of the LENNIIHIMMASH Group:

• low-temperature gas separation units (4 units with a capacity of over 11 billion std. m³/ year each);
• 4 buildings of electrical plants with control rooms.

Functions of LENNIIHIMMASH Group:

• Development of design documentation (stage P) in accordance with the decree of the Government of the Russian Federation No 87 based on the main technical solutions (pre-FEED) received from the Customer;
• Preparation of equipment datasheets
• Development of the bills of quantities and assessment of the equipment cost;
• Industrial safety declaration;
• Maintenance of the Main Environmental and Main State Expert Reviews.

Work results: The Main Environmental Expert Review has been passed for the developed design documentation; the approval of Rosprirodnadzor has been received for it. Now the documentation is undergoing the Main State Expert Review in FAU “Glavgosexpertiza of Russia”.
